How do Tag Database views, filters, calculations, and column visibility work?
Tag Database views let you keep different Filter settings for the same tag. If you want to temporarily hide rows without changing your original setup, create a new view and add a Filter there.
Temporarily hide rows
Create a new view for the Tag Database.
Open Filter in the new view.
Add the conditions for the cards you want to display.
Cards that do not match the Filter are temporarily hidden from that view; they are not deleted.
Calculations
Tag Database displays the number of visible cards at the bottom of the table. It does not currently provide native sum, average, or other numeric aggregation for a Number property, including for selected rows.
Property columns
Property columns cannot currently be hidden per view.
