To cancel your subscription:
Click the Settings button in the bottom-left corner of the desktop or web app.
Go to Subscription > Manage Subscription.
Select Cancel plan and follow the prompts.
Note:
Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund past charges. If you've been accidentally charged and need a refund, please contact support.
You can't cancel from the mobile app. Heptabase's subscription system isn't billed through the App Store or Google Play, so the cancel option isn't available there. Please use the desktop app or web app instead.
If you've received a payment failure notification
A payment failure notification means the billing system has already started attempting to charge your card, so you can no longer cancel the upcoming charge on your own at this stage. Contact support at [email protected] and we'll cancel the renewal for you. If a charge has already gone through, we will refund it.
Replies aren't always immediate, but you'll hear back within 24 hours.
Why doesn't anything happen when I click "Manage Subscription"?
If clicking Manage Subscription doesn't do anything, your browser is likely blocking popup windows. Allow popups for this site and try again. If that doesn't resolve it, email [email protected] and we'll cancel for you.
