How do I contact Heptabase support?

I've run into a problem and would like some help. What should I do next, and where can I go for assistance?

There are two ways to reach the Heptabase team directly, and both reach the same support inbox:

  • In-app support: while using Heptabase, go to the bottom of your Heptabase desktop app, click the help icon → Get support & give feedback → Send us a message.
    You can reach us without leaving the app, and our replies appear inside Heptabase. Because replies show up in the app, they may surface while you're working, and conversations can be harder for you to keep track of over time.

  • Email: write to [email protected]. The whole conversation stays in your own inbox, which makes it easier to follow and track.

If you can't log in or activate Heptabase, use email, since it's the only channel that works without access to the app. In any other case, both channels work, so choose whichever you prefer.
