How do I contact Heptabase support?

I've run into a problem and would like some help. What should I do next, and where can I go for assistance?

  1. If you're having trouble logging in or activating Heptabase, please email us directly at [email protected]. We'll reply within 24 hours on weekdays.

  2. If you can log into Heptabase but encounter bugs or technical issues, use the in-app feedback feature:

    1. Click Help & documentation at the bottom-left corner of the Heptabase app.

    2. Select Bug report & Submit feedback.​

3. If you have general questions or other concerns, you have three options:

  • Use the in-app feedback feature (described above) to get direct support.

  • Email us at [email protected] for direct communication.

  • Visit our Discord community to ask team members and other users.

Using the first two methods allows us to better track your questions and issues. However, you're always welcome to engage with our Discord community if you prefer discussions with other users.
