I've already subscribed to your monthly plan ($11.99/m) or yearly plan ($107.88/y), and now I want to switch to a different plan. How do I do that?
Switching from Monthly to Yearly
To switch from a monthly plan ($11.99/month) to a yearly plan ($107.88/year):
In the left sidebar, click Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
Choose Update Subscription, then select the Yearly Plan.
You'll be charged immediately, and any remaining balance from your monthly plan will automatically apply toward your new yearly subscription.
Switching from Yearly to Monthly
You can switch from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, but please note:
You won't receive a cash refund for any unused portion of your yearly subscription.
Instead, any unused time will convert to credits. These credits automatically apply to future monthly renewals but can't be exchanged for cash.
Important: If you accidentally chose a yearly plan and need immediate help switching to monthly, please contact support for assistance.
