We offered an early-bird discount during our open-beta period. This offer ended on August 31, 2023, with the launch of our 1.0 version.
If you subscribed during our early-bird period, you'll keep your discounted pricing forever, unless:
You request a refund and don't resubscribe before the 1.0 launch.
You request a full refund after having used your subscription.
If you already had early-bird eligibility and your early-bird Pro price disappears after a refund, contact support before resubscribing. We can review your payment history to check whether your existing eligibility can be preserved.
If your subscription expires and you simply choose not to renew, you won’t lose your early-bird pricing eligibility.
The early-bird price applies to Pro. It does not give an additional discount on Premium or Premium+. If you upgrade to either higher tier and later return to Pro, you return to your original early-bird Pro price, subject to the eligibility conditions above.
For the Pro plan, standard pricing is $107.88 billed yearly (equivalent to $8.99/month), or $11.99 billed monthly. Heptabase also offers Premium and Premium+; see the current pricing page and plan comparison. Prices are in USD, before applicable taxes.
