Important:
DO NOT download or install Heptabase APK files from links on third-party websites, app stores, or messages that did not come from Heptabase support. APK files distributed outside official channels can be modified to include malware, and fake download pages can look identical to official ones.
Heptabase does not publish a public download link for the Android APK. The only official way to get the APK is to ask our support team directly: contact us through the in-app messenger or send us an email, and we'll send you the official download link in the conversation. Why we don't publish the APK link
A link published on a public page is easy to imitate. Anyone can copy the page, swap the link, and serve a modified APK that looks legitimate. Some users have already run into third-party Heptabase APKs that failed to open or behaved unexpectedly.
Keeping the link inside support conversations means you always know where it came from. A link you received from Heptabase support is authentic; a Heptabase APK link from anywhere else should be treated as unsafe.
Get the official APK
Contact Heptabase support through the in-app messenger.
Tell us you need the Android APK (for example, because Google Play isn't available in your region).
We'll reply with the official download link in the same conversation.
If you've already installed an APK from a third-party source, uninstall it and contact us for the official version.
