To change the email address for your Heptabase account, contact us at [email protected] from your current account email. If you're already chatting with support, tell us you'd like to change your account email.
After we enable email changes for your account:
Restart Heptabase.
Open Settings and select your current email address in the top-left.
Enter the new email address and complete the verification sent to it.
On mobile, sign out and sign in again with the new email address.
