To cancel your subscription:
Click the Settings button in the top-left corner of our desktop or web app.
Go to Subscription > Manage Subscription.
Select Cancel plan and follow the prompts.
Note:
You cannot currently cancel your subscription from the mobile app.
Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not refund past charges. If you've been accidentally charged and need a refund, please contact us directly.
Common questions
Why doesn't anything happen when I click "Manage Subscription"?
If clicking "Manage Subscription" doesn't do anything, your browser might be blocking popup windows. Allow popups and try again. If that doesn't solve the issue, contact us at [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you.
I don't see the "Cancel subscription" button.
If you can't find the "Cancel subscription" button, please contact us at [email protected]. We'll assist you with the cancellation.
