You can cancel your subscription by clicking the Settings button on the top left corner in our desktop/web app, then go to Subscription -> Manage Subscription -> Cancel plan, and you will be able to cancel it.
Please noted:
Currently, you cannot cancel your subscription using the mobile app.
Canceling the subscription will only stop future renewals. If you're accidentally charged and want to cancel your subscription and request a refund, please reach out to us directly.

Why didn’t anything happen after I clicked on Manage Subscription?
If you clicked on Manage Subscription but nothing happened, it may be because your browser blocked the popup window. Please allow it and try again. If it is not the reason, please contact us at [email protected] , we will cancel it for you.
I don't see the "Cancel subscription" button!
