If you see an “incompatible version” error while installing Heptabase on an Android or Android-compatible device, contact Heptabase support with your device model, operating system version, and the exact error message. Installing an APK does not guarantee compatibility with every Android-compatible system.
If Google Play is available on your device, use it as the primary installation channel. If you need an APK, follow these steps:
Contact Heptabase support through the in-app messenger or email.
Tell us you need the Android APK and describe the installation problem.
Use the official download link provided by our support team in that conversation. If installation still fails, reply with the error details.
