To let you access Heptabase offline on desktop, we save your data locally—usually on your C drive. If this drive drops below 10% of its total storage capacity, you may run into space issues.
Here’s how you can fix this:
Clear unneeded files on your current drive to free up space.
If you've uploaded many large files or multimedia attachments to Heptabase, contact our support team. We can help you move these files to another drive.
Use the web app instead of the desktop version.
