What does "Your local storage is almost full" mean?

To let you access Heptabase offline on desktop, we save your data locally—usually on your C drive. If this drive drops below 10% of its total storage capacity, you may run into space issues.

Here’s how you can fix this:

  • Clear unneeded files on your current drive to free up space.

  • If you've uploaded many large files or multimedia attachments to Heptabase, contact our support team. We can help you move these files to another drive.

  • Use the web app instead of the desktop version.
